He insisted on the legitimacy of the Imbe family and the history of the official ministry of his family persecuted by Nakatomi families.\n　It was composed of 8 chapters. Chapters 1, 5, 8 were a preface and postscripts, written in Chinese style for the formal documents at the beginning of the 9th century in Japan. He had a typical syntax for these style sentences, such as the repetitions of couples of compound words.\n　Chapter 2 was several parts of the Japanese mythology quoted from the first two books of Nihonshoki. This chapter supplied arguments for his instances in chapter 3 and 4.
