{"created":"2023-06-20T15:28:27.683866+00:00","id":7533,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"8a58d796-76d8-47d3-a463-aab17f065091"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"7533","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"7533"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:ouj.repo.nii.ac.jp:00007533","sets":["470:394:437"]},"author_link":["9590","9593","9591","9592"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2010-03-23","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"91","bibliographicPageStart":"75","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"27","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"放送大学研究年報"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of the Open University of Japan","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":" 国際保護鳥トキの保護及びトキ野生復帰(再導入)は、日本と中国だけではなく、近年、韓国でも取り上げられ、注目されている。2008年、韓国で野生復帰を視野にトキのケージ飼育が開始された。日本では、2008年第一次10羽放鳥、2009年の第二次で20羽放鳥された。トキはコウノトリ属の大型水鳥である。兵庫県豊岡市では野生コウノトリは一度絶滅したが、ハバロフスクから受贈したコウノトリの人工飼育が成功し、2005年に2羽放鳥した。その後、毎年の放鳥が続き、2007年には野外繁殖で初めての雛が誕生した。さらに2009年10月31日に2羽が放鳥され、約40羽が市内の水田、湿地、河川敷に定着し、生息を続けている。\n トキ及びコウノトリの保護と野生復帰(再導入)は、農業環境の問題だけではなく、社会システムの再構築や地域の産業(特に農業)構造の調整が必要不可欠である。そのため、トキ保護及び再導入事業は、地域社会全体の合意により地域住民の参加の下で行なわれなければならない。\n 本稿は、トキの再導入が開始された、野生トキの生息地であった3カ国の中で野生復帰事業が先行する中国を中心に、次の課題を比較の観点から検討する。(1)3力国において、トキ再導入のために生息地である河川及び水田の生態環境の修復がどのようになされているのか。その主体と施策の異同を比較検討する。(2)主要な生息地である、里地・里山管理がどう変わったのか。農業政策と自然環境保護政策との関係を比較検討したい。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN10019636","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0911-4505","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_10002_textarea_25":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_textarea_language":"en","subitem_textarea_value":" Due to the series of restrictive measures taken by Chinese Government for protection of the endangered species Created Ibis Nipponia Nippon in the 1980s and the 1990s, its population in Yang County had successfully increased from 7 birds at the time of its rediscovery in 1981. Improved breeding techniques of ex situ conservation as well as the proper monitoring the birds in situ conservation has increased the number to over 1,500 in the first decade of 21st century.\n China had shared one productive pair of the bird with Japan in 1999 and with Korea in 2008. Following Chinese experience, Japan and Korea are trying to breed the birds and increase its number for releasing them in the wilds.\n However, conflict between protecting the species and developing the local agricultural economy has emerged. Generally farmers are forced to use modern agricultural inputs such as chemical fertilizer, insecticide and so on. This degrades ecosystem of the fields where ibis feed itself. Sometimes insecticide is harmful.
