The system realizes video delivery for mobile phone by streaming. The learning materials use broadcast material and teaching aid in the open university of Japan on the system. In the mobile phone learning system, the aim is to develop a learning environment for spare-time study and facilitating printing learning materials. This paper describes a developing system and experimental learning contents.},
