When Usage and application of contents in cloud environment is gathering attention. When copyrighted works in cloud environment is used globally, relation of copyright and related rights has to be clarified, as well as correspondence relation with copyright. Here, copyright and related rights in our country can be understood as economic rights of author, moral rights of author, publication right, moral rights of performer and neighboring rights. In this report, therefore, the copyright approach and the author's right approach existing in the world of international copyright law is bridged, and those rights are analyzed from the reciprocal relation between moral rights and economic rights.},
