Firstly\nit was written after the making of Tsurezuregusa-Shosho-Taisei（ 徒然草諸抄大成、1688） which epitomizes the\ncontents of over ten commentaries on Tsurezuregusa. Secondly it is an illustrated book.\n　The present auther thinks that examination on Tsurezuregusa-Ginwasho can show what possibility of\ncommenting on Tsurezuregusa is left to a commentator after Tsurezuregusa-Shosho-Taisei. At the same time we\ncan know which of the commentaries epitomized in Tsurezuregusa-Shosho-Taisei were referred and corporated\nin Tsurezuregusa-Ginwasho. This will suggest which of the early commentaries on Tsurezuregusa has permanent\nvalue.\n　Tsurezuregusa-Ginwasho has hitherto attracted little attention as a commentary.
