{"created":"2023-06-20T15:28:58.777188+00:00","id":8692,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"73de564b-87f5-481d-9eb5-b2e7a57e111b"},"_deposit":{"created_by":12,"id":"8692","owners":[12],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"8692"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:ouj.repo.nii.ac.jp:00008692","sets":["470:394"]},"author_link":["12079","12085","12087","12088","12084","12083","12086","12082","12081","12080"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2022-03-25","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"6","bibliographicPageStart":"1","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"39","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"放送大学研究年報"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of The Open University of Japan","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"目的：近年では医学系学会の学術誌においては、論文投稿にあたり研究倫理委員会の承認を条件としているケースが多い。本研究は、日本国内の学協会のうち人文・社会科学系分野に登録されている団体の機関誌における研究倫理に関する配慮規定、および、研究倫理審査の承認を投稿条件としているのかを明らかにすることを目的とする。\n方法：2021年度前半期（４月から９月）に日本学術会議等が作成する学会名鑑に登録学会のうち、哲学・史学を除く人文・社会科学分野、および境界領域でもある環境学・情報学・総合工学の各領域を関連分野として登録している1117団体を抽出した。このうち機関誌に関する情報公開をしている1076団体を分析対象とした。\n結果：研究対象者の権利保護に関する倫理について言及していた学会は153団体（14.2％）であった。分野別に検討した場合心理・教育系は96団体で、分野全体の36.1％の団体が記載していたが、他の領域では分野全体の10％に満たなかった。研究倫理指針や綱領のうち、人を対象とする（生命科学・）医学系研究に関する倫理指針を挙げていた学会は39団体（3.6％）で、学会独自の倫理指針・綱領を挙げていた学会は111団体（10.3％）であった。学会独自の倫理指針は心理・教育系で多く、系全体の25.9％である69団体が該当した。投稿にあたり研究倫理委員会の承認を必須としている学会は42団体（3.9％）であった。これも心理・教育系で多く 分野全体の7.5％になる20団体であった。他分野ではそれぞれの分野全体の2.0～ 4.3％にとどまった。\n結論：学際領域の学会では医学系研究倫理指針に基づいた対応が行われている傾向があるが、医学系以外の行動科学系の学会でも国際的な動きと連動して人を対象とする研究倫理対応を強化している可能性がある。研究倫理委員会のニーズが高まっているとともに、審査が研究の枷とならず礎となるようなシステムを模索することも必要だろう。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"放送大学"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN10019636","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0911-4505","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_10002_textarea_25":{"attribute_name":"抄録（英）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_textarea_language":"en","subitem_textarea_value":"Objective：In recent years, many academic journals of medical societies require approval from the institutional review board when submitting a research paper. This study clarified whether the journals of academic societies in Japan that are registered in the fields of humanities and social sciences require the consideration of research ethics and approval by the institutional review board as submission conditions.\nMethods：We extracted academic societies in the following fields from the registered academic societies in the “Academic Society Directory” prepared by the Science Council of Japan between April and September 2021. It is an academic society that registers the fields of humanities and social sciences excluding philosophy and history, and the\nfields of environmental studies, informatics, and comprehensive engineering, which are also boundary areas. In total,1117 academic societies were extracted and 1076 academic societies that disclose information on journals were analyzed.\nResults：As a result, 153 academic societies（ 14.2％） mentioned ethics regarding the protection of the rights of study subjects. When examined by field, 96 groups were in psycho-education and 36.1％ of the groups listed it, but in other fields, it was listed by less than 10％of the entire field. Thirty-nine academic societies（ 3.6％） cited “ethical guidelines for medical and health research involving human subjects” as research ethical guidelines and 111 academic societies（10.3％） cited their own ethical guidelines. The ethical guidelines set by the academic societies were mostly in the\npsychological and educational fields, and 69 academic societies accounted for 25.9％ of the total fields. Forty-two academic societies（ 3.9％） required approval by the research ethics committee for submission. This was common in psychology and education. There were 20 organizations, which accounted for 7.5％ of the total fields. In other fields, those requiring approval accounted for only 2.0 to 4.3％ of the total in each field.\nConclusions：Interdisciplinary academic societies often respond based on medical research ethics guidelines.\nHowever, there is a possibility that behavioral science societies other than medical sciences are strengthening research ethics in conjunction with international movements. The necessity of an institutional review board is increasing.
