Various contents related to the production of printed materials, broadcast materials, and online materials can be registered, and searches can be performed by creating an index. Captions can be added to videos, and registered videos can be searched by time stamp based on the captions.\nFirst, we describe the platform used to realize a learning material archive system that handles a wide variety of content, and then clarify the challenges in efforts that have been made so far to operate the system and register learning materials. After that, the zero-based system design and operation policy are proposed for the learning material archive system to improve class materials. Aiming to permeate the class production process, we will review the operation system based on the issues that have been clarified in the operation so far and the registration policy for future class materials. Reviewing the conventional method of entrusting registration workers to the discretion,\nappointing a new operation manager who understands the handling of media, confirming class materials and formulating registration policies, and coordinating with registration workers.
