| 内容記述 | 東京藝術大学大学美術館蔵「徒然草画巻」は、三巻・計五十三図の徒然絵を収める画巻である。狩野派や英派の絵師たちだけでなく、谷文晁や鳥居清長など著名な絵師も含む。本稿は、この画巻の各々の場面が徒然草のどの章段を描いているかを特定し、従来知られている他の徒然絵と比較検討しながら描き方の特徴や配列、制作意図などを考察した。本画巻には俳画風の簡略な絵が多いが、これらの絵は徒然草の文学的な雰囲気をよく捉えており、徒然絵の一つの到達点として評価できる。 | |||||

| 値 | The aim of this paper is to analyse the Tsurezuregusa Gakan (The picture scroll of Tsurezuregusa) which is possessed by The University Art Museum-Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music. This Gakan contains fifty three illustrations to Tsurezuregusa (Tsurezure E), one of them being drawn by Torii Kiyonaga. Kiyonaga's Tsurezure E has not been known. The characteristics and artistic values of the Tsurezuregusa Gakan discussed in this article are summarized in three points: first, the pictures were painted in the manner of Haiku pictures, secondly, to make the scroll many artists were involved, and lastly, compared to other pictures of Tsurezuregusa, the composition and the depiction of these pictures are unique in artistic individuality. |
