| 内容記述 | 本稿は、保護者が幼稚園や保育所をどのように選び、保育にいかなる期待をしているのか、そして、どのような習い事やお稽古をしているのかを明らかにすることを目的とする。幼稚園児・保育園児の保護者を対象とした調査の結果、（1）幼稚園・保育園を選ぶ際に、社会性や人間関係に関する保育内容を重視する傾向があり、（2）習い事・お稽古に対しては、学習やスポーツに関する内容を求める傾向がみられた。幼稚園や保育所の生活の中で、子どもたちは実に多様な経験をする。学習面を切り取って学ばなくとも、さまざまな遊びの中で言葉や数に関する知識さえも身につけていく。こうした保育の本質について、保護者に説明できるか否か、保育者の力量が問われる。 | |||||

| 値 | This study aims to examine the process when a parent chooses a kindergarten, a nursery school and preschool education as.We made a survey of the parentsʼ need of early childhood care. The result clarified the following points； （1） Parents put stress on sociability and communicative competence when they choose a kindergarten, a nursery school. （2） Parents put stress on schoolwork and sport when they choose preschool education. Children gain various experience at the kindergarten and the nursery school. They gain knowledge of wording and count. The ability of the childminders are called into question whether they explain essence of the childcare to parents. |
